Aubrey Peeples
Aubrey Peeples has been an American performer and actor for over 20 years. She was best known for her role as Layla Grant on the television drama Nashville (2012) as well as Claudia Shepard (Sharknado 2013). Also, she portrayed the lead character Jerrica Jem Betnton, in the film Jem and the Holograms (2005). Aubrey Peeples is the daughter of Wendy and Ashley Peeples. She is the older sister of Ally. Aubrey performed for 10 seasons in Orlando Repertory Theatre. She graduated Lake Mary Preparatory School, where she delivered the valedictory speech of the 2012 class. Harvard University admitted her, but she needed to be able to consent on her entry again the second time because of her Nashville performance. Peeples played in Drop Dead Diva (2009) Burn Notice (2007) Austin & Ally And Ally and Ally (2011) Grey's Anatomy (2005) and NecessaryRoughness (1991) as a Guest Star. She was in television film Ace Ventura Jr. Pet Detective (2009) as well as The Good Mother. In the second season, she was portrayed by Layla Grant in the Nashville drama. Peeples talked about her bipolar illness in an interview that she provided to NKD Magazine. Indiewire has ranked Peeples at the top of their list of the top actors who are younger than September of 2014.
